How pre-orders work
We are an importer, not a warehouse. When something is not in stock we buy it abroad for you and bring it to Baku. Here is exactly what happens and how long each step takes.

Send us the cart. We confirm the price and the arrival window before anything is paid.

We buy abroad
We place the order with our supplier in Europe, Japan or the US.
1–3 days

Shipping
The parcel travels to Azerbaijan. This is the longest and least predictable step.
7–21 days

Baku customs
Clearance and unpacking. We check every item against your order.
2–5 days

You get it
Courier across Baku or free pickup at an agreed spot.

2–5 weeks from order to your hands
What you pay, and when
- Nothing up front to reserve
- Ask for a pre-order and we quote you a firm price and window first. You decide after that.
- Agreed at confirmation
- Payment terms — full, part or on arrival — are agreed in writing when you confirm the order.
- Refund if we fail
- If our supplier cannot deliver, you get every manat back. We do not hold your money on a maybe.
