Is everything on the site actually in stock?

Anything marked In stock is in our hands in Baku. Pre-order means we buy it for you abroad, and On request means we can source it but have not set a date yet.

How do I place an order?

Add items to the cart and place the order on the site. The confirmation with the receipt arrives by e-mail together with a link to your order page, where you see the status and, once we confirm, the delivery day and time. Payment is by card online.

Can you hold an item for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes, once the order is confirmed: singles are one-of-a-kind, so an item is reserved for you as soon as we confirm the order. A confirmed order can be held for handover for up to 30 days by arrangement.

How long does a pre-order take?

Two to five weeks from the day the order is confirmed, depending on the supplier and customs. Every product page shows its own expected window.

What happens if a pre-order falls through?

You get a full refund, with nothing deducted. We would rather lose the sale than leave you waiting on a maybe.

Where do you deliver?

By courier within Baku, to the address you enter in the order. The expected handover time is agreed after we confirm the order and depends on the courier service. Delivery outside Baku is not part of the standard service and is agreed separately.

How much is delivery?

Courier delivery across Baku costs 5,00 ₼: it is shown at checkout before you confirm and included in the order total. Pickup from our point in Baku is free.

How can I pay?

By card online. The total, delivery fee and pre-orders included, is shown before you confirm. We do not take cash.

Can I return a card?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can withdraw from the electronic contract within 7 working days; if a card is not what the listing described, your claim over quality stands. Write to support@lootroom.az with photos — anything you have already paid is refunded in full.

Question 10

Do you accept returns on sealed product?

Accepted Answer

Only while the factory packaging is fully intact. Torn or opened wrap, a broken seal or missing contents rule out a change-of-mind return; your rights over counterfeit or wrong items stand.
